ENFJs are one of my favorites. They are confident, responsible, and have a great sense of humor. ENFJs are well-balanced.
ENFJs are carefree. They go with the flow of things, the flow they created. ENFJs are great at their work, usually finding favor by their employers and coworkers. They are natural born leaders and naturally take control. Not being in control can be a mind spin and out of the comfort zone for an ENFJ. They usually offer to drive if there’s an outing. They are systematic and have a value-rooted system built in. ENFJs love family and family comes first for them.
ENFJs are great at bringing people together, and are pretty much the life of the party. They’re not the biggest initiators of one on one hang out, but when they do initiate it’s a crowd and an honor. They are well respected amongst their friends and loved ones. Every ENFJ that I have met and know has a great sense of humor.
When I first started the Myers Briggs journey and closely observed ENFJs, I was taken back by their emotional stature. I wondered how people made it into their circle. I wondered “how do these people bring people together?”
ENFJs are feelers, but they can lack empathy. Some are patient, but all are compassionate. They are, however, able to explain to someone their personality and do sincerely ask folks to not be offended. ENFJs are supportive on one hand and detest self-pity on the other. ENFJs aren’t the best communicators, though they are good conversationalists. ENFJs can speak and get along with just about anyone and everyone.
ENFJs naturally suggest solutions. Conflict is just not part of the formula for ENFJs, things don’t have to be difficult if they don't need to be. They are quick with solutions and are able to provide a list of options, though their first or second one usually hits the nail on its head. ENFJs advice is trustworthy and they have great insight. They go based on experience, but do indeed include the possibilities. While an ENFJ is intuitive, their intuition is used more on making decisions, as opposed to the ENFP who uses their intuition for inspiration and creativity. ENFJs can be analytical but it’s always for the betterment.
