ESTJs are the executive. They are bosses because they’ve worked for it and because of their charisma. They are good at regulating order and perhaps even structure. They are a great go-to person to be asked, “what should we do?”
Business wise, they are on top of things. ESTJs are easy to look up to in the workplace. They are good at problem-solving for others, but when it comes to their own things they are sometimes clueless.
While the ESTJ is great with responsibilities and are inclined to a responsibility-oriented routine, their personal lives can get messy. They can have odd falling outs with people in their close proximity, which confuses those from the outside looking in. They are great debaters and can definitely shut someone down with their words. An almost-valid question regarding the ESTJ is “how is it that someone that is so structured, be in a weird situation like that?” or “how is it that someone that is so on top of things have such a messy relationship?” It’s a weird wiggle room.
ESTJ care for their own initially. They like praise. They attempt to be fair, but it is evident to see who they are able to call on for support and praise.
ESTJs are friendly and present themselves with confidence. Being recognized by an ESTJ can feel like a compliment. ESTJs can come off as humble, but their structure is to have the best of the best for things, deep down. At times they can have an intimidating demeanor. However that intimidation becomes lighter when the person viewing them sees that they are just a regular individual with regular problems.
